Vice President of Content Marketing & Strategy

In this role you will lead our Content Strategy team, a growing global team. You will lead the continuity and development of content strategy, and implement short form copy initiatives driven by brand and thought leadership. You will oversee all matters related to the implementation and development of client-facing content and campaigns. We are seeking an individual who is comfortable building and leading a team that can respond and adapt to the dynamic environment of a fast-growing company.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, develop, and manage the teams responsible for the creation and implementation of hundreds of campaigns a year
  • Shape company strategy by identifying risks, gaps, and prioritizing opportunities. Set clear expectations and goals for individuals and teams
  • Collaborate closely with departmental heads to prioritize initiatives and discover opportunities
  • Manage client and internal escalations and cross collaborate to resolve issues
  • Select, attract, motivate, retain, and develop leaders and team members at all levels of the organization
  • Appraise the strengths and weaknesses of team members and build a strong, diverse team that complements each other to achieve outstanding results
  • Inspire and drive a culture of accountability and continuous learning and improvement on the Content Strategy team

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in leading Content Marketing efforts within financial services industries
  • 7+ years directly managing people managers
  • Ability to develop clear short form copy
  • Passion for leadership, effective management skills, and demonstrated ability to lead an organization through rapid growth and change
