Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and nonprofit clients.
  • Manage and mentor a team of tax professionals, providing strategic guidance and leadership.
  • Review complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and maximize value for clients.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of tax experience in public accounting, specifically with high-net-worth individuals and nonprofits.
  • A CPA license and advanced tax knowledge.
  • Strong leadership skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • Experience managing complex client accounts and guiding junior staff.
