Talent Coordinator / Recruiter

A wonderful non-profit organization is looking for a talent coordinator/recruiter to join their growing HR team. This person will work closely with the director of HR focusing mainly on recruiting and coordination of interviews but will also be exposed to other areas of HR.

The right person will have at least a year of experience working with an ATS system. Responsibilities will include, sourcing, screening and conducting in person interviews. Must have experience sourcing candidates utilizing different sources including LinkedIn, social media platforms and referrals as well as the ATS put in place. Working with hiring managers to outline job needs and posting jobs will be a part of this role as well.

Required 1-2 years of recruiting experience.
