Job Duties

  • Full cycle recruiting for high volume positions
  • Source, screen, schedule interviews, sell company to candidates while providing a positive candidate experience
  • Use recruiting tools, network, keep detailed records
  • Work with Executive leadership to plan, strategize and fill open roles to achieve company growth goals

Job Requirements

  • At least three years of high volume, full cycle Recruiting experience: source, screen, job offer letters
  • Able to use available recruiting tools (Indeed, website, industry websites) and think outside of the box
  • Exposure to ATS systems and worked in Excel
  • Able to work on-site every day ( could offer a flexible shift)

Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
