Job Duties
- Full cycle recruiting for high volume positions
- Source, screen, schedule interviews, sell company to candidates while providing a positive candidate experience
- Use recruiting tools, network, keep detailed records
- Work with Executive leadership to plan, strategize and fill open roles to achieve company growth goals
Job Requirements
- At least three years of high volume, full cycle Recruiting experience: source, screen, job offer letters
- Able to use available recruiting tools (Indeed, website, industry websites) and think outside of the box
- Exposure to ATS systems and worked in Excel
- Able to work on-site every day ( could offer a flexible shift)
Salary: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
