We are seeking a Shareholder Services Writer – Boston- Hybrid schedule- 3x in office 2x home

responsibilities

• Be responsible for writing responses to Requests for Proposals and Client Questionnaires.

• Ensure prompt distribution of client reporting and consultant deliverables.

• Need strong writing skills and some analytical experience.

• Juggle deadlines, need extreme attention to detail.

• Need strong writing skills and some analytical experience.

• Work with client service, reporting, and consultant relations.

• Write RFPs to support Business Development.

• Complete Consultant Questionnaires

• Assist with research for market commentary and data projects.

• Develop strong knowledge of firm's products and services.

• Drive development of RFP database

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• 1-3years of investment management experience with RFP's, client reporting or similar

• Excellent writing and editing; strong attention to detail

• Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Work well on a small team

Salary range- 75-90k plus bonus, tuition assistance and a generous retirement plan
