We are seeking a Shareholder Services Writer – Boston- Hybrid schedule- 3x in office 2x home

You would be responsible for composing and formatting letters to our shareholders, creating content, process and policies, materials, manuals and documentation in accordance with standards and brand while collaborating with clients or business subject matter experts to understand business changes and audience needs.

In This Role, You Will

  • Participate in establishing documentation guidelines and procedure audits
  • Review regulatory changes or partner with regulatory change agents to proactively identify required updates – great templates for letters
  • Act as a project manger with vendors
  • Maintain document library or repository and update tables in appropriate systems.
  • Review changes to business operations for potential impact to other documentation or resources
  • Create, edit and format moderately complex to complex internal letters, materials, or other documentation related procedures and policies
  • Publish shareholder communications to standards
  • Present recommendations for resolving moderately complex to complex problems and projects
  • Create letters sent to shareholders, regarding changes to funds, oversights, changes to regulatory procedures and proxy voting announcements
  • Assist others to resolve process gaps, providing input and suggestions based on observations
  • Research, review and translate technical information to users
  • Provide guidance to less experienced staff
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Partner with subject matter professionals to understand business needs as it relates to procedures

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 2+ years of Writing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Strong knowledge of mutual funds

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • Strong mutual fund knowledge a must to be considered
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint) skills
  • Strong collaboration and partnering skills
  • Have a sense of urgency
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
  • Knowledge and understanding of writing, editing, coordinating, and publishing sensitive documentation
  • Strong research and documentation skills
  • Process documentation experience
  • Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management
  • Strong relationship management skills
