Responsibilities Senior Program Manager Responsibilities - Work with pre- and post-sale to give lead forecasts, pricing, and project updates
- Manage vendors to collect quotes, kick off programs, and track progress & performance to ensure programs are on time and on budget
- Work cross-functionally to develop new program strategies and lead training's with the sales team to implement
- Prepare and/or review storyboards, graphics, and copy documents for submission to the brand and online for medical-legal-regulatory review
- Participate in medical-legal-regulatory review meetings
- Work with the demand gen team on program reporting to deliver to clients and for internal analysis
- Own project management system, Monday, to ensure all team responsibilities are on track and working in an efficient process
- Collaborate with design to scope, build and launch programs
Qualifications - Sr. program or project management for a marketing team or an agency
- 5+ years experience in account management experience (preferably in healthcare or pharmaceuticals
- Ideally from an agency background
- Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles
- Experience managing a marketing & advertising budget
- Strong collaboration skills, ability to work with others at different levels in the organization
- Meticulous attention to detail and highly organized
