Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Manage and process payroll for all employees using UltiPro, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Data Integrity: Review and reconcile payroll reports, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with regulations.
  • Employee Support: Act as a trusted resource for payroll inquiries from employees and management, providing clear and timely information.
  • Collaboration: Partner with HR to maintain accurate employee records and ensure seamless integration within UltiPro.
  • Year-End Processes: Assist in year-end processes, including W-2 preparation and reconciliation, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Team Leadership: Provide training and guidance to junior payroll staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in payroll-related projects and system upgrades.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of payroll processing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
  • Proficient in UltiPro (UKG Pro) with hands-on experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
