Our Luxury Home Client is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager/ Membership Manager to join our growing, US-based remote team. EAST COAST RESIDENCE A MUST

This fully REMOTE opportunity is focusing on a fully successful Membership Manager

In this role, you will accelerate and support the expansion of our Luxury Membership ecosystem in the US. focusing on the specific needs of the member population and developing market tactics within global guidelines. You will ensure that our members’ expectations are met with a positive experience.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be managing our outside vendors, focusing on meeting goals and outbound actions.
  • Working at the core of the marketing team, you will act as the luxury home expert to help develop and execute segment-specific, programs while directing our outside sales vendor and helping to fill the sales pipeline
  • In partnership with Marketing and Sales leadership, this Customer Success leader will bring a creative and thoughtful approach to their role, proactively developing programs for multiple marketing channels and audiences and ensuring excellent execution across the Marketing and Sales teams
  • Demonstrated customer success and relationship building skill set
  • Strong computer skills a must, ideally experienced with Salesforce.com or Hubspot.
  • As a Customer Success Manager, you will take ownership of customer retention and expansion; new customer onboarding and product adoption; monitoring and reporting on customer health metrics; and proactively build customer relationships to maximize account growth/expansion
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships and partnerships to ensure customer satisfaction and success
  • Create dashboards and analyze member requests and interactions
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of current and future potential market characteristics and conditions
  • Help Marketing and Product team to adjust value proposition in accordance with customer needs
