Senior HR Payroll Associate

Global investment firm adding to staff! The Senior Payroll Associate will be responsible for management and administration of day-to-day payroll analyses and reporting activities for all global regions and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will coordinate the accounting activities between HR, Payroll and Finance to ensure accurate and timely reporting of payroll accounting activities globally. The Associate manage payroll information updates and cross-reference data from HR Information Systems to Payroll Systems in order to support inquiries, and to ensure best practices. 6+ years of payroll administration experience

  • Workday experience ideal; Experience with multi-state payroll processing required; Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee data with discretion and professionalism
  • Excellent analytical, time-management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills – both written and oral with the ability to comfortably interface at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Detail-oriented and highly motivated
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and project management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
