We are seeking a Senior Compliance Manager & Senior Regulatory Manager to join our Compliance team. This position will be hybrid and based in the Boston office
Essential Job Functions
- Serves as Senior legal advisor and contact with the projects on all legal and compliance matters related to our organization
- Lead the major/all aspects of the improvements to the compliance programs
- Draft new policies and procedures
- Manage /draft contribute to the procedures and policies
- Prepare all compliance reporting working cross functionally with our affiliates
- Partner with various government subsidiaries
- Manage regulatory examinations and interface with various regulators
- Advise on new regulatory rule proposals and other special projects including ESG
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 8-10 years of compliance experience preferably with a foreign banking business or compliance / regulatory consulting practice
- Strict attention to detail combined with excellent prioritization and organization skills.
- Results orientation and strong internal client relationships skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to take initiative
- Willingness to roll up sleeves to perform all responsibilities needed to ensure success
