• Convert inbound marketing calls into sales opportunities by directing calls to appropriate territories in a timely manner Provide sales and marketing support to clients by fulfilling literature requests, running analytics and leading email campaigns
• Answer incoming client phone calls and provide information regarding Investment Managers products and services
• Be responsible for working cross-departmentally to execute the logistics on digital marketing and territory events
