Our clients include corporate pension plans, endowments, foundations, and other sophisticated investors. We are seeking an experienced RFP Manager to join our team and lead the development of high-quality, customized responses to RFPs, RFIs, DDQs, and other client-related documents.

Position Summary:
The RFP Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end proposal process to support business development and client retention efforts. This individual will collaborate closely with Portfolio Managers, Client Service, Legal/Compliance, and subject matter experts across the firm. A strong understanding of institutional investment strategies and fluency with Qvidian software is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the full lifecycle of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs from receipt through final submission
  • Partner with Portfolio Managers and Client Relationship Managers to develop tailored, accurate, and compelling responses
  • Maintain and enhance the RFP content library within Qvidian, ensuring information is current, compliant, and well-organized
  • Coordinate cross-functional input and approvals, adhering to internal compliance and branding standards
  • Track RFP/RFI metrics to identify trends, win rates, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support ad hoc projects related to marketing and client communication materials

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in RFP management within the investment management or financial services industry
  • Proven institutional background, with strong knowledge of investment products, terminology, and client expectations
  • Proficiency in Qvidian or similar content management software is required
  • Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Collaborative team player who can work effectively with senior investment professionals
  • Bachelor’s degree required; CFA or progress toward CFA is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $90,000 – $120,000, based on experience
