An established, South Shore staffing firm is looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and driven recruiter to join its team. This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with previous recruiting experience to join a team of top professionals who specialize both permanent and temporary recruiting. The Recruiter will:

  • Source, recruit, interview, and qualify talent in the Great Boston Area
  • Utilize job posting sites, college boards, social media, networking events, referrals, and other resources to locate and recruit top talent for open positions
  • Source, phone screen, interview, evaluate and present qualified candidates for client openings
  • Collaborate with other members of the team to find the best opportunities in Boston for candidates where they will excel; ensure positive candidate experiences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current corporate clients
  • Develop new contacts and market staffing services to prospective clients
  • Help clients with their resumes to send to corporate clients
  • Provide consistent communication and career guidance to candidates


The Recruiter will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2-4 years of recruiting experience or sales experience within the financial services industry
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; excellent phone manner
  • Demonstrated ability to build excellent working relationships with colleagues, candidates, and clients
  • Highly organized and time efficient
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, but have many self-directed projects
  • Prioritize and take ownership for work
