What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional demeanor
- Manage a busy front desk, including answering and directing incoming calls
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and ensure meeting spaces are prepared
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Support internal teams with ad hoc projects as needed
- Help coordinate office events, meetings, and catering
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and customer-service mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
