Calling all Human Service Professionals!

Wonderful, well known Cape Cod Non-Profit organization seeking a Program Manager.

This role is responsible for the daily and on-going operation of all facets of the habilitation services.

The Program Manager communicates with the Service Director regularly regarding all areas of service and program operations.

You directly supervise Habilitation Services program’s regular, temporary and relief employees and coordinate the provision of services by consultants.

Responsibilities also include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work.

Must have supervisory experience in a health or human service setting, preferably in a community-based residential program for individuals with a disability preferably those with developmental disabilities.
