We are partnering with a great client on Cape Cod on a Payroll Specialist opportunity. We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience with payroll administration as well as exposure to ADP software.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll, generate reports, and manage employee information.
- Accurately enter and manage employee data such as hours worked, benefits, and tax withholdings.
- Calculate wages, taxes, and deductions, as well as issuing payments via direct deposit or checks.
- Understand payroll tax regulations at the federal, state, and local levels, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Provide support to employees regarding payroll-related inquiries, such as pay stubs, tax forms, and direct deposit setup.
- Generate various payroll reports for management and perform analysis to identify trends or discrepancies.
- Administrative tasks as assigned.
