Job Title: Payroll Systems Analyst

Job Description:

As a Payroll Systems Analyst, you will collaborate with our Information Technology, Payroll, and Human Resources teams to design, test, and implement current and future payroll systems. Your responsibilities will include managing payroll data, developing and maintaining reports, creating procedural documentation, providing troubleshooting and technical support to end users, conducting training sessions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll practices and applications, with experience in integrated payroll and human resources systems.
  • Experience in systems analysis, implementation, and support, preferably in a payroll or HRIS environment.
  • Proficiency in report writing and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of payroll compliance regulations and data privacy laws.
  • Certification in payroll systems or related field (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional) is a plus.
