Great, mid-sized Boston law firm looking for a Real Estate Paralegal!

Ideal candidate should have 5+ years of real estate transactional experience.

Must have a thorough understanding of reviewing and analyzing title and survey documents, experience with tax title, preparing work product relating to that and negotiating title policies in connection with land acquisition and disposition transactions.

Must have prior law firm experience in a title and survey review capacity.

Advanced MS Office Suite, Time, Doc. Management, Legal Billing systems, and internet research skills required!
