- Oversee and Create paid search campaigns
- Monitor and analyze web analytics and campaign performance
- Define campaign budgets, aligning campaign goals and ensuring adherence to search optimization principles
- Utilize Google and Bing
- Manage all online marketing initiatives including development, implementation, monitoring, and optimization of online advertising and SEO campaigns.
- Create and present monthly and weekly reports with analysis of paid search campaign performance along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement
- Identify trends and insights across search campaigns to discover areas for campaign growth or improvement
- Maintain and improve the health of paid search campaigns through ongoing optimization and testing
- Manage the creation of large keyword lists.
- Partner with the ecommerce team to ensure product specific strategies and campaigns are aligned with inventory
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing for paid digital marketing campaigns applying learned insights to future marketing strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required, MBA preferred
- Experience managing multi-channel paid media campaigns
- 7 years of digital marketing experience
- Media and campaign development experience across all digital channels, including demand generation and search
- Working knowledge of website best practices, content management systems and analytics tools
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements
- Passion for creative storytelling and track record of writing and developing compelling content
- Proactive self-starter and team player, comfortable working with diverse teams and taking initiative
- Advanced Excel required
