Office Manager
One of our clients, a family run asset management firm , is looking to hire an Office Manager for their Boston Office. This Office Manager will oversee the office and make sure it is equipped for smooth functioning. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter, energetic, and a creative problem solver. Responsibilities:
• Overseeing mailing and shipping, running errands as needed
• Maintaining office areas, such as purchasing/stocking supplies and loading the dishwasher
• Directly interfacing with all members of the company; working with human resources to maintain office policies
• Handling vendor relationships and contracts; coordinating with IT team to maintain office equipment
• Recording office procedures and operations to maintain an organized and efficient process
• Providing coverage for Executive Assistant during absences Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a similar administrative role
• Organized, able to multitask
• Friendly, energetic, able to work and with people at all levels of the company
• Excellent communicator, able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
• Self-motivated, service-oriented, ready to take on any task
• Resourceful, thinks on feet
• Tech-savvy, familiar with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks would be ideal
