Job duties include:
- Answering phones (first point of contact)
- Providing Customer Facing customer service
- Creating and managing documents
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Completing projects and tasks as needs
- Providing basic sales information
- Basic knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, Outlook
