NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR/IT Helpdesk Boston Law firm!
Looking for IT Coordinator/Help Desk Associate with 3-5 years of IT experience in a law firm to coordinate the firm’s IT functions. Advanced MS Office Suite application skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database, and document management systems. Experience with time and billing software proficiencies are required.
This position interacts with end users for training new and incumbent employees and tracks their requests for equipment as well as help desk on-site technology assistance and liaison to technology vendors.
The ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, reliable, organized, work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are the keys to succeeding in this position.
