Mortgage Loan Processor needed! South Shore location!

Great company seeking experienced Loan Processor to handle all processing tasks for purchase borrowers, from set-up and submission to clearing conditions, finalizing the clear-to-close and coordinating closing logistics. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of mortgage processing, underwriting or loan origination experience.

You will work alongside our loan officers and loan partners and will be communicating with our borrower clients and Real Estate Agents, as well as vendors like underwriters, title companies, and home owners insurance agents. Having exceptional communication skills, mostly on the phone and via email, is an absolute must for this position. Possessing a positive attitude & grateful spirit is required. We only employ people who can deliver phenomenal customer service results to our clients. If you are unwilling to eagerly and happily learn new and different ways of doing things, please do not apply. If you cannot perfectly execute tasks, 100% of the time, without being micro-managed, you are not a candidate for this position.

The ideal person will have exceptional service experience and know Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA and USDA guidelines, run Desktop Underwriter, stack & submit files to underwriting, request and clear conditions, while communicating with our clients and vendors in the utmost of professionalism. This position should also know how to analyze credit reports, and income & asset documents, as well as general ways to structure and review a loan.
