Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity
Track announcements, product launches, and partnerships across the insurance, reinsurance, and MGA space
Partner with subject matter experts to create original content including briefs, articles, and white papers
Support SEO alignment and assist with campaign and collateral development for business development initiatives
Translate research into digestible insights for leadership, marketing, and sales teams
Maintain segmentation and data quality within HubSpot (or similar CRM platform)
Create and maintain dashboards that blend CRM and research data to uncover market and pipeline trends
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure findings are translated into action

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics
3+ years in competitive research, market intelligence, or insight-driven marketing
S&P, Google Analytics, CRM experience (preferably HubSpot) and basic dashboard/reporting skills
