Marketing Manager

We are adding a Marketing Manager to their growing team! This is an onsite in Westford MA position.

As a Marketing Manager on the Segment Marketing team, you will be responsible for the development and execution of key marketing initiatives that drive business results, including supporting sales enablement, product adoption, and client growth through email, social, content, events, and digital experiences.

You will lead several projects simultaneously, requiring managing multiple tasks with sometimes competing priorities. The role requires establishing ongoing working relationships with the sales team, relationship managers, marketing peers and cross-functional business partners to ensure compliant, on-time and on-budget delivery of programs. You will need to know the segment business goals, how we drive revenue, our clients, as well as the field-facing business partners we support.

The Expertise We’re Looking For:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Experience:

• 5+ years of B2B marketing and communications experience- higher ed a plus
• Proven track record working cross-functionally while collaborating across many teams in a complex organization
• Proven ability to establish relationships with client-facing teams to gain an in-depth understanding of the segment teams.
• Ability to design and drive marketing programs autonomously while updating key business partners on progress
