LONG TERM CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY – MARKETING- GAIN EXPERIENCE WITHIN FINANCIAL SERVICES!!

in this role, the Marketing Associate will contribute to the business development and client service effort by responding to inquiries and Request for Proposals (RFP) / Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQ) / Request for Information (RFI) from clients, prospects, and consultants.

The Marketing Associate Will

Responsibilities

Manage the completion of all RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs across US, International, and Emerging Markets equity strategies

Oversee the development and maintenance of the firm’s content library for firm and strategy information

Partner with product specialists to create investment commentaries on a monthly / quarterly / annual / ad-hoc basis

Develop and produce marketing collateral, from factsheets and pitchbooks to ad-hoc presentations and exhibits

Coordinate with product specialists and investment teams to produce relevant thought leadership materials

Assist in the development of a digital marketing plan and help maintain the firm’s external website and publications

Maintain inventory of brochures / client strategy materials as well as other client communications

Collaborate with legal, administrative, sales, client service, trading, and investment staff in the development of proposal responses and general client strategy collateral

Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in asset management marketing

Experience completing RFPs and developing various marketing content

Experience with marketing concepts, including direct and digital marketing

TARGETING 25.00-30.00 payrate DOE
