SEARCHING FOR A NEW LOAN PROCESSOR OR DATA ENTRY LOAN SPECIALIST

Key responsibilities

- Bring up to date codes, status dates and loan information for reporting in case of need

- Keeps information accessible by sorting, organizing, and filing documents

- Confirms new loans, loan renewals, extensions and modifications into database

- Scan email, voice mail and other communication and acknowledge inquiries

- Processes payment corrections and revises billing statements

- Processes reports, monthly payments and accrual adjustments

- Readies outgoing wires and cashier's checks

- Stay up-to-date on differing loan programs and corresponding computer system codes

- Readies payoff letters and department invoices

- Streamlines department-specific spreadsheets, reports and reviews monthly scrub reports

- Upholds status and information within processing software system

- Processes payments, advances and payoffs

- Settles and returns verification of mortgage requests

- Prioritizes client confidence by keeping mortgage loan information confidential

Requirements

- At least 1+ years of experience with lending or commercial and/or consumer loan operations

- Bank reconciliations experience

- Knowledge of Banking Operation

- Microsoft Excel experience

- Banking Industry experience desired but we are flexible

- Comfortable using financial institution platforms

- Capable of working with document management, process transformation, and workflow automation programs/r/n/r/n - Applicants with 1 year mortgage experience are strongly preferred

- Strong understanding of spreadsheets and word processing is preferred
