Description

Collaborate with senior designers to create visually engaging materials, including website graphics, social media assets, presentations, infographics, and marketing collateral.
Assist in the development and implementation of design concepts, guidelines, and style standards to maintain brand consistency.
Support the creation and editing of multimedia content, such as videos, animations, and interactive presentations.
Produce high-quality visual designs that align with project objectives, target audience, and company branding.
Conduct research on industry trends, design techniques, and competitor analysis to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and development, to ensure visual designs meet project requirements and timelines.
Assist in managing and organizing design assets, including maintaining a centralized library of visual resources.
Take part in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance the overall quality of visual deliverables.
Stay updated with design software and tools, actively seeking opportunities to enhance design skills and knowledge.
Adhere to project deadlines and effectively prioritize tasks to ensure the timely delivery of design projects.

Profile

The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field, along with 0-1 years of professional visual design experience/Internships. They would demonstrate proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, showcasing their expertise through a strong portfolio that exhibits creative design skills, layout knowledge, and attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate would have a solid understanding of responsive web design principles and UI/UX concepts, excellent communication and collaboration skills
