Top notch, high-end Building/Construction firm targeting a Jr HR Generalist/Sr HR Coordinator with experience in talent acquisition, onboarding, benefit administration, and employee relations. Exciting time to join an ever-growing company!
You will:
- Conduct recruitment and outreach efforts
- Oversee onboarding & New Hire Orientation
- Assist with annual open enrollment, annual performance reviews and other special projects.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions
You have:
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of related experience, preferably in a talent acquisition or human resources role.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent team player who exhibits an eagerness to learn, strong collaborative skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across all levels of management.
