IT/Technical Recruiter- Team Leader- 99% remote opportunity-

The Position

This role is a working manager- you will oversee a team of recruiters with full cycle responsibility for experienced hiring and managing the recruitment process globally

We have an exciting opportunity for an IT/Technical Recruiter to join our growing team.

Role Specific Duties

  • Leverage experience to source top talent to identify highly-technical, skilled candidates by using direct and indirect sourcing methods
  • Thoroughly screen candidates to ensure that their qualifications meet job requirements, set up interviews with hiring managers, and move the candidate through the pipeline
  • Contribute to streamlining the full life cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checking and closing the deal
  • Utilize creative marketing and sourcing strategies and techniques to promote our company as an employer of choice
  • Develop an effective pipeline of key talent available for immediate hire
  • Manage high volume search workloads via direct sourcing, employee referrals, and search partner relationships, as well as ongoing pipelining
  • Establish and maintain meaningful relationships across management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally
  • Develop and nurture a pipeline of exceptionally qualified candidates and maintain their level of interest to meet current and future demand
  • Collaborate with teammates and recruiting partners to fill open positions

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent number of job-related years of IT recruiting and staffing experience
  • 3+ years of IT recruiting and staffing experience
  • Experience in candidate screening and competency based interviewing
  • Ability to thrive, and preference for dynamic, fast paced, and high growth environments
  • Proven ability to build and implement successful, creative approaches to talent acquisition
  • Proven success sourcing and hiring high level positions with niche skills sets
  • Excellent organization, with the ability to multitask, managing a variety of vacancies across varied locations
