Job Title: Entry-Level Customer Service & IT Support Specialist
Location: Upper Cape, MA (On-site)

About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated, personable, and tech-savvy individual to join our team on the Upper Cape. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and gaining hands-on experience in both customer service and basic IT support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with general inquiries
  • Troubleshoot basic IT issues (password resets, connectivity, system navigation, etc.)
  • Support internal staff with day-to-day technical needs
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, requests, and resolutions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers
  • Basic understanding of computers, networks, and common software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
  • Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (but not required):

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Exposure to IT support or help desk environments
  • Interest in growing a career in IT or operations
