Interim Chief Human Resources Director

A large non-profit organization is looking for an Interim CHRO to join their team! We are looking for a hands on, technical HR leader to jump in and help with implementing new policies, guiding compensation structures and pay scales and most importantly has a strong grasp on employment law.

You'll need to provide strategic leadership to the HR team, aligning HR goals with the overall objectives of the organization. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies that support the company's mission, vision, and values.

  • Oversee the recruitment and retention of top talent is essential.
  • Responsible for developing and administering competitive compensation and benefits programs. This includes conducting salary surveys, analyzing compensation trends, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive organizational culture is essential for employee engagement and retention.
  • Develop initiatives to promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations is critical to mitigate legal risks. This includes staying up-to-date on changes to employment law, providing guidance on compliance issues, and working closely with legal counsel when necessary.
  • Effective communication and collaboration with other departments and senior leadership are essential for success in the role. Building strong relationships and being able to influence key stakeholders is crucial.

Overall, as an Interim CHRO, you'll play a vital role in driving the organization's HR strategy, supporting its employees, and contributing to its overall success during periods of transition.
