You will play a key role in providing HR reporting and analytical support in several functional areas and will have responsibility for day-to-day HRIS administration!
- Manage administration of the Company’s HRIS system and associated vendor management, including administration of employee data within external systems and serve as the primary internal escalation contact for technical and operational issues, finding solutions in a timely manner and with appropriate and timely communication to impacted users
- Recommend ways to refine current processes and achieve better integration between disparate systems.
- Develop and perform regular HRIS data quality checks to ensure accuracy and synchronization where appropriate
- Assist with data collection and completion of external compensation benchmarking surveys
- Workday is required and it would be heavy on the reporting and analysis side
