Human Resources Business Partner

Our organization, one of the most well-respected worldwide Non-Profits in the United States and they are adding to staff- on CAPE COD- This is a hybrid role for the Barnstable/Forestdale
The Senior HRBP will be responsible for delivering all Related HR Corporate programs and processes for our firm in alignment with its local business and development strategy. The role will have a strong focus on DEI, talent development, compensation, and talent acquisition strategy, and will be a trusted advisor for issues pertaining to employee relations, engagement and retention, and succession planning.
Talent Development & Management
- Collaborate with division leaders on annual business, growth and succession plans, and development and learning opportunities for employees
- Drive and execute internal DEI strategy in conjunction with business leaders, employees and corporate initiatives
- Coach and counsel managers and employees as part of tailored employee growth and talent management plans
- Establish and facilitate specific management plans for team members for growth of top talent including training, mentorship and communication
- Manage annual review process for all employees in conjunction with Corporate HR
Employee Engagement
- Create communication plans and messaging for corporate updates and events in conjunction with the Director of Operations and Corporate HR Centers of Excellent (COE)
- Manage cross-division communication and engagement opportunities
- Lead existing and new employee programs with Related Beal team
Compensation & Benefits Management
- Bi-annual compensation analysis and planning for all filled and open positions
- Annual compensation planning and implementation for all employees in conjunction with corporate year-end compensation and promotion process
- Bi-annual and/or as needed market analysis
- Provide guidance on benefits and leave matters in conjunction with Benefits COE
Talent Acquisition
- Partner with Corporate TA team to create recruitment plans and job descriptions
- Monitor current and future job openings, create and maintain relationships with candidates and candidate sources
- In coordination with Corporate TA team, source and maintain relationships with recruiting firms
- Assist with onboarding and training of all new employees in conjunction with managers and Director of Operations
Employee Relations
- Coach and counsel managers and employees on all employee issues; identify and clarify problems, evaluate potential solutions and implement course of action
- Navigate sensitive and confidential issues, leverage Corporate HR legal resources to minimize risk in changing legal environment
- Implement Corporate HR initiatives and policies as needed
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in compensation and organizational development
- Mature professional with excellent judgment and intuitive interpersonal skills
- Strong verbal, nonverbal and written communication skills
- Highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented individual
- Superior communication skills:
- Ease in working with people up and down the organization hierarchy
- Naturally adaptive to different audiences
- Diplomatically assertive
- Strong project management skills, specifically organization and time management
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to manage discreet, confidential matters
- Familiarity with Massachusetts laws on payroll, leave, wages, and hours helpful
