The Senior HR Specialist is responsible for assisting in the strategic development and oversight of employee benefits offerings, administration, execution and related HRIS functions.
- Create a strategic plan regarding benefit selection
- Be responsible for all leave management to include worker’s compensation, paid and unpaid leaves
- Coordinate administration of CCI’s 403b plan
- Vendor management
- Serve as a benefits resource to employees
