Human Resources Assistant

Wonderful nonprofit organization looking for HR Specialist! Looking to add a rock star to their already great team!

The Senior HR Specialist is responsible for assisting in the strategic development and oversight of employee benefits offerings, administration, execution and related HRIS functions.

You will:

• Create a strategic plan regarding benefit selection
• Be responsible for all leave management to include worker’s compensation, paid and unpaid leaves
• Coordinate administration of CCI’s 403b plan
• Vendor management
• Serve as a benefits resource to employees
