HRIS Manager

Our client a top investment firm in Boston, is looking to bring on an HRIS Manager. The candidate must have Workday experience and strong analytical skills. This role will be hybrid in Boston.

This role will be responsible for

• Managing and maintaining HRIS systems
• Writing HR reports that can be utilized by different teams
• Collaborating with stakeholders company-wide to ensure proper workflow
• Partnering with IT to test, improve and troubleshoot the HRIS system
