Exchange Traded Funds Analyst

We are seeking a talented financial markets analyst with a deep understanding of the ETF industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in capital markets, trading, and ETF operations. Reporting to the Head of Capital Markets, this role will play a key part in executing trading strategies, managing relationships with market participants, and ensuring efficient ETF trading operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Execute ETF trading orders across various platforms and exchanges, ensuring best execution for clients.
2. Monitor market activity, analyze trading trends, and provide insights to optimize trading strategies and liquidity management.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with market makers, authorized participants, and liquidity providers to enhance trading efficiency and liquidity provision.
4. Collaborate with portfolio managers and investment teams to implement investment strategies and manage portfolio rebalancing activities.
5. Provide expertise and guidance on ETF product development, including structuring, listing, and distribution strategies.
6. Conduct research and analysis on market structure, regulatory developments, and industry trends to inform business decisions.
7. Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
8. Support the creation and maintenance of ETF marketing materials and client presentations.
9. Assist with investor education initiatives and client inquiries related to ETF trading and market dynamics.
10. Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) preferred.
2. Minimum of three years of experience in capital markets, trading, or ETF operations, preferably within the financial services industry.
3. Deep understanding of ETF market structure, trading mechanics, and regulatory considerations.
4. Proven track record of executing trading strategies and managing relationships with market participants.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and derive actionable insights.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in executing trading activities.
8. Proficiency in trading platforms, market data tools, and MS Office suite.
9. Series 7 and Series 63 licenses preferred, or willingness to obtain within a reasonable timeframe.
