Excellent Boston based firm is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support their executive team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and time management skills. This role will involve heavy calendar management, International and Domestic travel coordination, event planning and administrative support.
- Manage complex calendars and schedules for multiple executives, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa arrangements.
- Prepare detailed itineraries and agendas for executive travel and meetings.
- Anticipate the needs of executives and proactively address issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including expense reporting, document preparation, and email correspondence.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships and facilitating communication.
Must haves
- Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
