Executive Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to an executive in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and will be able to work independently with little supervision. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient. This role is onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and preparing expense reports.
  • Coordination of monthly Board of Directors meetings and distributes minutes for Board of Directors and Management Team meetings.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
  • Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by executives.
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings, including agendas, presentations, and meeting materials.
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed.
  • Manage special projects as assigned by executives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
