The Executive Assistant role is supporting the SVP of HR and the CFO- This is a unique financial services firm that people love working for. The job is working out of their office in the Back Bay and is a hybrid schedule.

This will be working in the office 4x per week and 1x remote.

The Executive Assistant to Vice President – Human Resources’ key role is to provide core administrative support to the VP-HR, including calendar management, booking & coordinating travel, managing expenses, and assisting with other ad-hoc projects as needed. This role will help to facilitate the day-to-day activities and administrative operations of the office & function as an extension of the VP-HR and to support the CFO they are targeting the 80k range plus 15% bonus- targeting 90-92k- they reimburse up to 175. Per month for parking spot
