Endpoint & Security Server Engineer
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Endpoint & Server Security Engineer to join a growing infrastructure and security team within a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role will focus on designing, implementing, and supporting secure endpoint and server operating systems while strengthening the organization’s overall cybersecurity posture.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who enjoys working with enterprise-scale infrastructure, modern security tools, and incident response initiatives. You will play a key role in maintaining secure systems, optimizing performance, and supporting mission-critical technology platforms.
What You’ll Do
Design, implement, and support enterprise endpoint and server operating systems
Manage and enhance security infrastructure across workstations and servers
Participate in the Computer Security Incident Response Team (CSIRT) to investigate and remediate threats such as malware, ransomware, and potential data loss incidents
Build and maintain secure operating system images and hardened configurations
Engineer new endpoint security solutions to support evolving hardware and infrastructure needs
Deploy and manage security patches and updates across enterprise environments
Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and availability
Support Citrix environments and endpoint build processes
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to maintain enterprise security standards and best practices
Contribute to technology roadmaps and future security initiatives
Assist with escalated infrastructure incidents and complex technical troubleshooting
Partner with cross-functional teams on infrastructure modernization and security initiatives

What We’re Looking For
4–8+ years of experience in enterprise endpoint or server engineering
Strong experience with Windows infrastructure and security technologies
Experience supporting endpoint protection and security monitoring platforms
Hands-on experience with patch management, OS hardening, and system builds
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in complex enterprise environments
Excellent documentation and communication skills
Experience working in fast-paced professional environments with high security standards
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
