As an Email Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) throughout the entire customer journey. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales teams, customer member support, and other departments to design and implement automated email nurture campaigns, push/reminder sequences, and strategic marketing partnerships. Additionally, you will lead the social media strategy, oversee content creation, and execute SEO strategies through blogs and other channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. CRM Optimization:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy to optimize the customer journey at every stage.
  • Implement automated email nurture campaigns and push/reminder sequences for enhanced customer engagement and retention.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with sales teams, customer member support, and other departments to align email marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Ensure seamless integration of email campaigns with other marketing initiatives for a cohesive customer experience.

Marketing Partnerships:

  • Facilitate and nurture strategic marketing partnerships between the company and various agencies to expand reach and enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Negotiate and manage partnerships, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Social Media Strategy:

  • Spearhead the social media strategy, overseeing content creation and ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Develop and execute plans for designated landing pages to enhance the impact of social media efforts.

SEO Execution:

  • Execute SEO strategies through content creation, including blogs and other relevant channels.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure the effectiveness of SEO efforts.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of email campaigns, social media initiatives, and SEO efforts.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in email marketing, CRM optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing automated email campaigns and push/reminder sequences.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills for marketing partnerships.
  • Proficiency in social media strategy and content creation.
  • Experience in executing SEO strategies through blogs and other content channels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
