Digital Marketing / Social Media Manager

What we are looking for: A Digital Marketing / Social Media Marketing Manager that will be responsible for creating, executing, and planning social media direction, strategy and campaigns. We are looking for someone that can utilize their strategic skills to drive customer growth. The right person is excited to manage content for all social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, and other emerging platforms

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop & maintain social media audiences through posts and engagement across all social media platforms utilizing all social functions (Examples: Feed Posts, Stories, Lives, Videos, Guides)
• Monitor and maintain online conversations across all platforms
• Engage with audience and increase followers across all platforms
• Create social media ad campaigns
• Identify and track sources that fuel online sales and drive more traffic
• Adapt to new trends and implement branded social content
• Create content for social media platforms at events and education seminars
• Set social media and influencer marketing goals, identify which measures/KPIs are most important per platform
• Write creative and engaging content in brands tone/voice
• Create graphic designs for social media content, products, website & email newsletters

Qualifications

• BS in marketing or related discipline
• 5-7 years of social media / digital marketing experience
• Extremely Passionate about social media
• Experience using social media management platform tools
• Substantial Knowledge and Comfortability with Facebook & Facebook AD's Manager, Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, Snapchat,
• Use of Analytics Tools
• Has demonstrated success in social media campaigns and driven customer sales
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Has a collaborative & motivating spirit that is excited to build relationships and work as a team
