What You'll Do

Process dental insurance claims accurately and efficiently
Submit claims and follow up on denials to maximize reimbursement
Post insurance and patient payments
Assist patients with billing questions and payment arrangements
Prepare patient statements and maintain accurate billing records
Work closely with the billing team to ensure timely collections
Stay current on insurance guidelines and reimbursement policies

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of medical or dental billing experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Experience with insurance claims, payment posting, and accounts receivable is a plus
