Customer Service Associate

A great start up on the south shore is looking for a customer service representative to join them!

This is a permanent full time role M-F

This person must have exceptional communication skills as well as computer skills!

Responsibilities:

• Answering customer inquiries via phone as well as email
• Inventory management
• Receiving shipments
• Preparation of sales materials
• Assisting with tradeshow preparation

• Assisting sales team and other teams with projects
