The Customer Product Marketing Manager will manage go-to-market strategy, prioritize use cases, and build product and solution messaging. The ideal candidate will have experience engaging customers in marketing efforts, knowledge of key personas, and experience in sales enablement. This person will develop the win loss program. This will include customer surveys, interviews. This person will own he development of customer marketing case studies, and POV message development into thought leadership.
- 5+ years in B2B marketing or communications
- Experience/knowledge of industrial/manufacturing, IIOT a strong plus
- Experience working with customers to generate insight or joint marketing efforts
