A fast growing start up is seeking a Credit/Risk Analyst to join their team!

• Assess a loan applicant's ability to repay the loan and recommending that it be approved or denied.
• Evaluate consumer and loan contract data for completeness and compliance with state and federal laws and adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
• Ensure that applications are underwritten in accordance with company guidelines.
• Educate applicants on policies and regulations.
• Conduct risk analysis and assessment of loan applications.
• Communicate with management to ensure a comprehensive evaluation.
• Prepare loan proposals.
• Stay in contact with applicants and answer any loan related questions.

2+years of experience focused on credit and risk

Bachelor’s degree required
