JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure compliance policies are met with commercial loan underwriting
- Maintain controls with credit requirements and reporting
- Manage procedures from purchase through life of the loan to be sure minimum risk of loss
- Track portfolio management and metric performances
- Review all underwriting for commercial loans are compliant
- Approve commercial asset reviews
- Perform quality control of commercial loan files
- Review payoff quotes
- Oversee post-closing reviews and follow up
- Liaison with all loan departments
- Assist with streamlining processes and implement controls to ensure accuracy and effectiveness in managing documentation
SKILLS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking or loan servicing
- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Access
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
